Wankeun Lee is a legal expert specialized in corporate legal and compliance. He is the fourth chairman of Korea In-house Counsel Association (“KICA”), which has a membership of about 2,000 in house counsels who were admitted to the Korean bar. He currently serves as the head of Special Committee of Legal Counsels under the Korean Bar Association and an arbitrator of Korean Commercial Arbitration Board. Prior to joining Insignary, he worked for Yulchon LLC, a top-tier law firm based in Seoul, worked as a professor for Ajou University Law School, and worked as General Counsel and Compliance Officer of KCC Corporation, a leading chemical and construction material manufacturer in Korea. Mr. Lee received his LL.B and LL.M from Seoul National University.
